Olive cheese ball
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1-1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
- 5 ounces smoke-flavored process cheese spread
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7-1/2 ounces canned chopped olives
- Chopped parsley
- 6 ounces canned large pitted black olives
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese.
- Blend with mild cheddar cheese, cheese spread, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt.
- Beat until smooth.
- Fold in chopped olives and shape into a ball.
- Decorate with Lindsay Pitted Ripe Olives, cut in halves to form petals (as shown in photo), and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Chill before serving. Serve with olives on the side.
