Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Keebler Grasshopper fudge mint cookies
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 6 ounce Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 ounces Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
  • 6-10 drops green food coloring

For garnish

  • Red hot cinnamon candies and spearmint gumdrop leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the cookies and hot water.
  2. Smooth the mixture into the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in the sugar, milk, and peppermint extract.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Divide the mixture in half; stir in food coloring into one half until evenly colored.
  6. Fill the pie crust with alternate dollops of white and green whipped topping mixtures.
  7. Smooth top of pie with spatula.
  8. Chill for 3 hours.
  9. Make the berries and holly leaves using cinnamon candies and spearmint leaves.
