Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed Keebler Grasshopper fudge mint cookies
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 6 ounce Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
- 3 ounces Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- 6-10 drops green food coloring
For garnish
- Red hot cinnamon candies and spearmint gumdrop leaves
Instructions
- Mix the cookies and hot water.
- Smooth the mixture into the bottom of the pie crust.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in the sugar, milk, and peppermint extract.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Divide the mixture in half; stir in food coloring into one half until evenly colored.
- Fill the pie crust with alternate dollops of white and green whipped topping mixtures.
- Smooth top of pie with spatula.
- Chill for 3 hours.
- Make the berries and holly leaves using cinnamon candies and spearmint leaves.
